vOLKGepfeffert V1 with adjustable camber dome bearings. The gepfeffert V1 with adjustable camber dome bearings is installed plug and play in the vehicle without using the original suspension components. Compared to our gepfeffert KW ‘small depth versions’ (without camber dome bearings), the suspensions with adjustable camber dome bearings have an even greater ‘leeway’ for even more lowering and even more upgrade options in order to be able to adapt the vehicle even more individually to the requirements of the respective driver.
Example Golf 7 GTI:
- Standard KW coilover suspension: adjustment range 20-45mm (without camber dome bearing)
- GEPFEFFERT KW ‘small depth version’ (without camber dome bearing): Adjustment range 35-70mm
- GEPFEFFERT KW with adjustable camber dome bearings: adjustment range 45-95mm (upgrade options with other spring systems up to 130mm possible)

The KW coilover suspension Variant 1 ‘inox-line’ is the ideal entry-level system for customers who want to determine the maximum technically possible or an individual lowering themselves. In extensive driving tests, our experienced engineers have developed a target group-orientated setup by determining an optimum balance between sportiness, comfort and safety and implementing it directly in the series.
The gepfeffert.com® V1 coilover suspension made by KW
Variant 1 ‘inox-line’ has a vehicle-specific, permanently configured damper setup with a sporty, harmonious tuning so that you experience an optimum balance of sportiness and everyday suitability when driving. Even with a full payload and maximum axle loads, the dampers always work with a sporty characteristic curve.
KW Variant 1 enables maximum or individual lowering within the tested adjustment range. Thanks to the dirt-resistant trapezoidal thread and the polyamide threaded ring, the stepless lowering can be varied quickly and easily even years later.
